Focusing embodies the art of healing
Focusing is my latest gem. Focusing enables and guides you to sense into the whole "way" your body is / has been carrying a situation. It allows you to get to know better the characteristics of what your body has been quietly carrying underneath the chronic pain / emotional uneasiness / indecision / anger / shame / freeze state, etc... It has literally been life-saving for many people. It has taken my autoimmunity down from 600 points in a blood test to 50, with 35 being considered "normal." I started using Focusing to help clients with: sleep, chronic / mysterious pain, trauma, compulsive behavior, lack of motivation and a slow cranial rhythm. After trying many different techniques, I remained unsuccessful in restarting the cranial rhythm when folks were in a state of overwhelm. Focusing restarts the cranial rhythm every single time! It hasn't failed me yet! Additionally, Focusing truly heals (cures) our early, developmental trauma like nothing else! The name 'Focusing' is a misnomer. It really should be called 'Listening.' My description will not do it justice. Your health will be restored AND emotional triggers will go away!
